Start-up Day is back! This year the theme of the day is Do different, because it isn’t all about having a unique idea, it’s often about doing it differently. Join us on April 24 and hear the stories of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs who have pursued their idea in a non-conventional style, established unexpected partnerships or found new ways to approach the market.

Who should attend?

Start-up Day is our annual flagship event for students and alumni entrepreneurs. But every year, we see more and more participants from industry, who are curious to find out what is happening on the start-up scene. We welcome anyone who is interested in entrepreneurship, would like to be inspired and challenged to Do different.

What do we offer?

• A network of different minded people ranging from the entrepreneur to the investor
• Advice and knowledge from experienced professionals and up-dated students
• Feedback and insightful recommendations on your ideas
• Seminars on important topics such as business model generation and sales

How much is it?

If you’re a student, researcher, SSES alumni or entrepreneur, attendance is SEK 100. For industry representatives and investors the fee is SEK 690. Food and drinks will be provided.

But, as an option we also have this concept we call pay or pitch. Send a one-page pitch of your business idea tomikolaj.norek@sses.se before April 9 and you might be one of several entrepreneurs selected to pitch at the event and get in for free.
